GEORGETOWN, Del-- Sussex Academy and Smyrna faced off in field hockey Tuesday night. Throughout the game, Smyrna dominated the field. It was not until the second quarter that Bailey Mears scored the Seahawks' first goal of the night. Changing Smyrna's lead to a score of 4-1. In the third quarter, Shea Danahy scored the Seahawks' second and final goal, giving Smyrna a 5-2 lead. The undefeated Eagles went on to secure a 8-2 victory. Smyrna is now 7-0 on the season.
