LAUREL, Del-- Laurel and Cambridge-South Dorchester (CSD) faced off in football Friday night. In the first quarter, Khalid Burton of Laurel scored the Bulldogs' first touchdown of the night. Giving Laurel a 6-0 lead with 7:23 left in the first. 

In the second quarter, Sterling Perkins of CSD answered back with a Viking touchdown. Changing Laurel's lead to a score of 7-6 with 7:29 left in the quarter. CSD did not obtain conversion points afterwards, so the score remained 7-6 until Burton scored another touchdown for the Bulldogs. Giving Laurel a 13-6 lead with 4:19 left in the second quarter. The Bulldogs went on to obtain an extra point, giving Laurel a final winning score of 14-6. The Bulldogs are now 3-0 on the season.
