Smyrna and Sussex Tech faced off in girls soccer. The Eagles won 1-0.

GEORGETOWN, Del-- Smyrna and Sussex Tech faced off in girls soccer Monday night. Throughout the first half, the Eagles and Ravens found themselves in a scoreless back-and-forth. In the second half, Smyrna's Addison Cote was granted a penalty kick and scored the only goal of the game.

For the remainder of the night, Smyrna and Sussex Tech continued to play defensively. Neither team was able to change the score, allowing Smyrna to conclude the night with a 1-0 victory. The Eagles are now 8-4-1 on the season.
