DOVER, De - The DIAA announced Wednesday the finalized divisions across its sports for the 2027-28 and 2028-29 school years. The updated classifications come after the DIAA initially released a proposed plan and gave member schools an opportunity to provide feedback.

The new format will also result in multiple champions being crowned across many DIAA sponsored sports.
