DOVER, De. - The latest Delmarva Dream Team hails from Delaware's capital. Since 2003, the Dover CR Raiders have been the only Pop Warner football & cheer squad in both the Capital and Caesar Rodney Districts. The nonprofit doubled the size of its football program this year. Which made an $1,000 contribution from i.g. Burton Toyota very timely.
