Highlights: Delmar Football's First Game Back Since Tragedy Ends With 30-27 Victory Over Lake Forest

FELTON, De. -- The Delmar Wildcat Football team did what it was scheduled to do before the start of the season. They went on the road to Lake Forest to play a football game, which they won over the Spartans 30-27. A normal occurrence for High School football games played around the country every fall season. 

However, the week leading up to this game was anything but normal for Delmar. This victory came less than a week after the loss of Junior Running Back and Linebacker Carter Figgs in a car accident last Friday night.
