FRUITLAND, Md. -- Salisbury Christian School (SCS) senior Kasie Hammond helped start the tennis program at SCS three years ago. This year, she is continuing to share her love for the game and is encouraging others to join in on the competition.

Hammond travels to Dover Indoor Tennis to train every weekend and works out at the Athlete Academy twice a week to improve her strength and agility.

The SCS Senior goals include earning a third-straight ESIAC singles title on the tennis court and competing in college next year.

DSN's Michelle Roberts has the story on this edition of Athlete Profile.
