Perdue Leads Sussex Central with Five Goals in Win

Georgetown, DE -- The Sussex Central Golden Knights (1-0) put on an offensive show blanking the Laurel Bulldogs (0-1) 8-0 at home to start the regular season Tuesday night.

Standout senior forward Bayleigh Perdue notched a hat trick in the first half and finished the game with five goals to pace the Golden Knights. Kathy Sanchez Garcia kept the shutout in the first half before switching to the field and added two goals while Lareimi Ramirez Sandoval added a goal of her own.
