Devon Ellis and Anthony McComb combine for 34 points as Spartans earn big road win

PRINCES ANNE, M.D. -- Coming into Monday night, the UMES men's basketball team was hopeful to stop a 5-game losing streak. Unfortunately, that streak continued as the Hawks lost a close one to Norfolk State, 70-66. Zion Obanla and Dorion Staples combined for 38 points, each scoring 19, but it was not enough to contain the spartans.

Devon Ellis, a former Hawk, and Anthony McComb III scored 17 each to lead the way for the Spartans.
