GREENVILLE, NC-- Delmar Little League Softball All-Stars advances to the next round of the Little League Softball World Series on Kinsley Rayne's two out, bases loaded, RBI single in the bottom of the seventh.

After being knotted at one after six full innings, the game went into extra innings. After holding Connecticut scoreless in the top of seventh, was able to get a runner in scoring position after a single and steal from Averi Naugle. Back-to-Back intentional walks set up Rayne for the huge walk-off hit.

Delmar starting pitcher Macy Rickards, who is currently in the midst of a phenomenal stretch of outings, had one of the best starts you'll see from any pitcher. She threw another complete game, this time a seven-inning complete game, while allowing only one run on four hits and striking out 18 Connecticut batters.

With the win, Delmar moves to 2-0 in the tournament, and will advance to the next round. Their next matchup will be on Friday at 4 p.m. where they will play either Asia-Pacific or Europe/Africa to try to advance to the tournament semifinals.
