Queen Anne's County at Wicomico MPSSAA 2A Girls Region Title

It’s always hard to beat a team twice in a season, but three times is almost unheard of. That’s the pressure on the 23-1 Wicomico Tribe as they host the 18-3 Queen Anne’s County Lions in the 2A MPSSAA region title matchup.

The Tribe got out to a 6-0 start before suffering their first loss of the season to the Dover Senators (50-35) during the Governor's Challenge Tournament. Wicomico would bounce back with an 81 point win over Crisfield before going on to win eleven more games and assert themselves as one of the best teams in the Bayside.
