Johnson’s Trucking Defeats Bury Tavern To Kick Off Summer League Basketball

SNOW HILL, MD. – Basketball is normally a sport that takes place in the winter, but who’s to say it can’t be played year round. Every summer, teams from around the Bayside gather together to showcase their talents and to get some reps in before the basketball season officially kicks off. 

Bury Tavern will be taking on Johnson Trucking, a game in which we will see plenty of familiar faces, and a game that will be entertaining. A slightly different rule set is in order for these games. When we usually see four quarters, for these games, two halves will be played for summer league. Also, it is a running clock.
