Highlights: Sussex Central Defeats Indian River Baseball 10-1

GEORGETOWN, Del-- Sussex Central and Indian River faced off in baseball at Sports at the Beach. The Golden Knights and Indians found themselves in a 0-0 deadlock until Indian River's Ricky Wiggins stole home base at the top of the third. Giving the Indians a 1-0 lead.

At the bottom of the fourth, Sussex Central took the lead when Kole Swain hit a double that allowed Gage Wilkins to score a run. Giving the Golden Knights a score of 2-1. For the remainder of the game, Indian River tried to score additional runs, but the Golden Knights had already taken control of the field.
