LAUREL, Del-- Laurel and Woodbridge faced off in baseball Tuesday evening. At the bottom of the first, Matthew Givens of Laurel hit a single that allowed Connor Smith to score the Bulldogs' first run of the game. Giving Laurel a 1-0 lead. The score did not change until Laurel's Elijah Niblett stole home plate at the bottom of the fourth. Allowing Laurel to claim a new leading score of 2-0.

Woodbridge tried to score, but the Bulldogs refused to let the Raiders get their way. Laurel went on to secure a 4-0 victory. The Bulldogs are now 6-5 on the season.
