Delmar and Wilmington & Friends field hockey faced off in the DIAA championship at Delaware State University. Delmar won 4-3.

DOVER, Del-- The Delmar Wildcats traveled north to face off against the Wilmington & Friends Quakers in the DIAA Division II Field Hockey State Championships. Throughout the game, both teams found themselves tying. It wasn't until the end of the fourth quarter that the Wildcats broke the tie with their fourth and final goal of the night. Delmar reclaimed the division II state champions title with a 4-3 victory.
