Highlights: Cape Henlopen Defeats Salesianum 5-2 in the DIAA Baseball Semi-Finals

WILMINGTON, Del-- Cape Henlopen and Salesianum traveled to Frawley Stadium to face off in the DIAA Baseball Semi-Finals. Going into the bottom of the third, the score remained in a 0-0 tie. It was Cape Henlopen's Jase Mitchell who broke the scoreless tie with a homerun. Giving the Vikings a 1-0 lead. For the remainder of the game, Cape Henlopen dominated the field. It was not until the top of the seventh that Salesianum scored their only two runs of the game.

Cape Henlopen went on to secure a 9-2 victory. On Sunday, June 1st, the Vikings will return to Frawley Stadium to take on Conrad in the Championship.
