High School Boys Soccer: The Panthers and Spartans Can't Find the Back of Net In Double Overtime

FELTON, Del. - After defeating Hodgson Vo-Tech 7-0 to start their season, the Panthers traveled just 10 minutes down Route 13 to battle it out against the Lake Forest Spartans.

In a game full of defensive plays and wide shots on goal, both squads failed to find the net after 80 minutes to force overtime. Just a few minutes into OT, Panther goalkeeper James Watterton and Spartan Ethan Stafford both receive a red card, forcing 10v10 play for the remainder of the game as midfielder Thomas Fox fills in for Watterton.
