GREENWOOD, Del-- Indian River and Woodbridge faced off in girls basketball Tuesday night. Throughout the game, the Blue Raiders and Indians found themselves in a back and forth for the lead. At the end of the fourth quarter, it was Abigail Bertling of Indian River who scored a free throw point that secured the lead for the Indians with a score of 35-34. Ariana Sturgis then went on to score a two pointer, giving Indian River a final winning score of 37-34. The Indians are now 3-5 on the season.Â
