GEORGETOWN, Del-- Sussex Academy and Appoquinimink faced off in boys soccer on a rainy Tuesday evening. The first half of the game consisted of a scoreless back and forth. In the second half, Gabriel Arbuet of Appoquinimink broke the 0-0 deadlock with a free kick, giving the Jaguars a 1-0 lead.

Still in the second half, George Sapna of Sussex Academy tied the score 1-1 with a free kick. The game then proceeded to go into overtime. But it was Sapna who scored the tie breaking goal for the Seahawks, giving Sussex Academy a 2-1 victory. The Seahawks are now 3-0 on the season.
