Highlights: Sussex Central Defeats Delmar Baseball 10-1

GEORGETOWN, Del-- Sussex Central and Delmar faced off in baseball Thursday night. At the top of the second, Delmar's Colton Gwaltney hit an RBI double, giving the Wildcats a 1-0 lead. Delmar held onto the leading spot until Sussex Central's Michael Toomey hit a 2 RBI single, giving the Golden Knights a 2-1 lead at the bottom of the fourth. Sussex Central went on to secure an additional eight runs throughout the remainder of the game. Delmar tried to fight back, but were unable to put anymore runs on the board. Sussex Central ended the night with a 10-1 victory. The Golden Knights are now 4-4 on the season.
