Delaware Express 18U defeat NY Diamond Girls 6-2 in USSSA bracket play.

SALISBURY Md.- Delaware Express 18U defeated NY Diamond Girls 6-2 in USSSA bracket play. 

Delaware Express advanced in the winners bracket after their win over NY Diamond Girls. Ashley Weisensrtein got the scoring started with a sacrifice fly in the top of the second. In the top of the third Carah Sumpter blasted a double that drove in two more runs for the express, and then in the fourth Montana Fox it a three run homer that made it a 6-0 game. NY Diamond fought back in the bottom of the fourth scoring two off on a hit from Noelle Jurkowski but that would be it and Delaware Express go onto win 6-2.
