LEWES, Del-- Cape Henlopen and Smyrna faced off in field hockey Thursday night. The first quarter of the game was a scoreless back and forth. It was not until the second quarter that Teagan Baker of Cape Henlopen scored the first goal of the night, giving the Vikings a 1-0 lead. In the third quarter, Presley Bebout of Smyrna answered back with a goal, tying the score 1-1. 

In the fourth quarter, Atia Sabbagh gave the lead back to Cape Henlopen with a score of 2-1, but the Eagles refused to back down. Alexis Hutchison of Smyrna tied the game 2-2, sending the game into overtime. In a hard fought back and forth, Bree Moffett of Smyrna scored the tie breaking goal, giving the undefeated Eagles a winning score of 3-2.
