Noah Carter is a television director from Dover, Delaware.

He graduated from Salisbury University in 2022 with a degree in Communications from the Media Production program. As a student, he was a director for the Seagull Sports Network for four years, where he covered every Salisbury University sport such as football, field hockey, and lacrosse.

Noah has been a full-time director for Delmarva Sports Network since graduation. Noah is a Delmarva native, born in Salisbury and growing up in Delaware where he attended Polytech High School. He considers it a great honor to be in charge of directing games at all the schools on the peninsula he calls home.

Noah is a Philly sports fanatic, and has been a season ticket holder for the Philadelphia Eagles since 2021. His favorite memories as a Philly sports fan are Brandan Graham’s strip-sack in Super Bowl LII and Bryce Harper’s 2-run home run in Game 5 of the NLCS to send the Phillies to the World Series. Noah also has a Golden Retriever named Harper.

The only thing that comes close to Noah’s love for the Eagles is his hatred for the Cowboys. “Go Birds!”
