Luke Meli is a play-by-play broadcaster, anchor, and reporter for Delmarva Sports Network who graduated from Temple University's Klein College of Media and Communication in May 2023.
His past experiences at Temple include anchoring and reporting for two years at “OwlSports Update” on TUTV, radio play-by-play and show hosting with WHIP Radio, and working as the media director for Temple Ice Hockey’s media team. Outside of his work at Temple University, Luke has worked as a play-by-play broadcaster on ESPN+, and as the director of broadcasting and media relations with the Edenton Steamers, a summer collegiate baseball team.
Luke’s love of Philly sports and admiration for longtime broadcasters Marc Zumoff, Merrill Reese, and Tom McCarthy is what has pushed him to pursue a career in sports broadcasting. He’s excited to bring sports coverage for the passionate fans on and around the peninsula.
