Bury Tavern Cut A 14-Point Deficit With Three Minutes Left Down To Two, But Gunnaz Escapes With Win

SNOW HILL, Md. -- The Young Gunnaz escaped with a 53-50 victory over Bury Tavern earlier tonight, holding off a furious final rally in the final three minutes of the Maryland Supreme Summer League.

The Young Gunnaz thoroughly controlled this game for the first 33 of 36 minutes, as they built a 50-36 lead entering the final three minutes of play. However, Bury Tavern would not quietly into the Worcester County night, as a strong press forced several turnovers
