Delmarva's offense exploded in a 13-6 win over Carolina on Tuesday night. The victory was the Shorebirds' first at home in the second half of the season.

The Birds tallied 18 hits, including a grand slam by Fernando Peguero. Yasmil Bucce and Thomas Sosa paced the team with four hits each.
