PRINCESS ANNE, Md. -- UMES women's basketball improves to 3-1 at the Hytche with a 70-54 win over UMBC. The Hawks outscored the Retrievers by 11 in the second half, including a 23-11 fourth quarter to close it out. 

Zamara Haynes led all scorers with 23 points. The Hawks are now 3-3 on the year ahead of Wednesday's home clash with Mt St Mary's on DSN.
