SALISBURY, Md. – The Ohio Lasers were dominant in their 10-1 victory over the NJ Cyclones in the USSSA Eastern Championships. 

Jules Firsdon would pitch five complete innings with five strikeouts to keep the highly efficient Cyclones at bay. Then, led by an Alexa Gilliam home run, the Lasers would prove that getting runs is easy. The Lasers would go on to win their following game as well, giving them a chance to advance to championship Saturday.
