SALISBURY Md. - The NJ Ruthless faced off the Freedom Firebirds in the 11 open pool play of the USSSA Eastern Championship.

The first few innings were defense heavy from both teams. Gabrielle Lee and Hannah McWhoreter for making catches for the Firebirds. Reagan Carlson and Brooke Lau were able to keep the Firebirds at bay on defense but also had 4 RBIS combined together for the Ruthless.
