BRISTOL Ct.- Delaware defeated Berlin 12-4 in an elimination game of the Little League Mid-Atlantic regional tournament.

The fifth inning took much longer than the other five and a rain delay stopped play. Delaware had already come back from 4-1 to take a 6-4 lead before the rain started and once play resumed it they added on six more runs to win comfortably. Berlin looked great early, Cooper Smith drove in the first run with an RBI double. Followed by Jackson Baraby with an RBI single, Cole Brown dropped down an RBI bunt and scored on a passed ball. But it wasn't enough as Delaware plated eleven runs in the fifth inning.
