The Cavaliers offense shines as Middletown wins their second straight Class 3A football title.

The DIAA has crowned it's Class 3A champion yet again and this time it's a familiar face. Not only is this Middletown's third state title in the last five years, but their second back to back title win.

And such a title defense can be attributed to just that, their defense. The Cavaliers forced four turnovers against the Sallies, each of them coming at moments when it seemed like Salesianum's offense was just starting to figure things out. The final interception all but sealing the game in the last few minutes.
