Highlights: Middletown defeats Archmere 3-1 in Girls Soccer

Claymont DE-- The Archmere Auks hosted the Middletown Cavaliers for girls soccer.

The first half of the game both teams were playing great defense and couldn't get anything going. Uchechi Ikeocha for the Auks was finally able to break through the Cav's defense to score the first goal of the game. Isabella Giammeteo evened out the game with a header from a corner kick for the Cav's. The game was tied 1-1 at the half. Veronica Papellas and Madaline Rash both scored for Middletown to solidify their win in the second half.
