Sussex Academy and Smyrna faced off in girls lacrosse Wednesday evening. The Seahawks went on to win 19-4.

SMYRNA, Del-- Sussex Academy and Smyrna faced off in girls lacrosse Wednesday evening. Throughout the game, the Seahawks dominated the field. During the first quarter, Ava Pierce of Smyrna secured the Eagles' first goal. Giving Sussex Academy a 3-1 lead. From there, the Seahawks pursued a scoring spree.

It was not until the fourth quarter that Smyrna's Ava Elias scored the Eagles' second goal of the game. Changing Sussex Academy's lead into a score of 18-2. The Seahawks went on to secure a 19-4 win. Sussex Academy is now 10-4 on the season.
