FREDERICA, Del-- Cape (Blue) and Smyrna (Red) faced off in summer league girls soccer at DE Turf. Throughout the first half, Smyrna (Red) dominated the field. Going into the second half, Smyrna (Red) held a 2-0 lead. But near the end of the second, Cape (Blue) and Smyrna (Red) found themselves in a 3-3 tie. It was Elizabeth Downer of Cape (Blue) who broke the tie. Giving Cape (Blue) the lead and a final score of 4-3.
