GEORGETOWN, DE. -- The Sussex Academy Seahawks defeated Padua 19-12 in the second round of the DIAA girls lacrosse playoffs.

The Seahawks trailed 5-2 at the end of the first, but then rallied in the second quarter, outscoring Padua 9-3. They would not give up the lead and cruise to victory. They are set to play Tower Hill in the quarterfinals.
