Highlights: Sussex Academy Defeats Saint Mark's Field Hockey 3-1

GEORGETOWN, De.- Sussex Academy and Saint Mark's faced off in field hockey Tuesday night. In the first quarter, Adriana Givler of Saint Mark's scored the first goal of the night. Giving the Spartans a 1-0 lead. Still in the first quarter, Sussex Academy's Olivia Dickerson answered back with a goal, tying the score 1-1.

It was not until the third quarter that Jillian Reed scored a tie-breaking goal for the Seahawks, giving Sussex Academy the lead with a score of 2-1. In the fourth quarter, the Seahawks scored one additional goal, giving Sussex Academy a final winning score of 3-1. The Seahawks are now 2-1 on the season.
