Indian River and Sussex Central faced off in girls soccer. The Indians won 2-1 in double overtime.

DAGSBORO, Del-- Indian River and Sussex Central faced off in girls soccer Tuesday night. In the first quarter, Caroline Williamson of Indian River gave the Indians a 1-0 lead. Shortly after, Bailey Chrobak of Sussex Central answered back with a goal, tying the score 1-1. It was not until the game went into double overtime that Indian River's Reece Forrey scored the tie-breaking goal; giving the Indians a final winning score of 2-1. Indian River is now 1-0 on the season.
