A season ago, Cape Henlopen got steamrolled by the Appoquinimink Jaguars. On Homecoming night, the Vikings had a score to settle.

Appo came out swinging. Devon Flowers launched a deep bomb to Donald Carter on the opening drive, and just like that, it was 7-0 Jaguars. Things got uglier from there. The Vikings coughed up the football, and Appo marched right down the field to build a 14-0 lead. But on their big night, the Vikings weren’t about to fold.
