Manchester Valley-Wi-Hi Girls Semi-Final

The Manchester Valley Mavericks girls’ basketball team won in dominant fashion against the Wi-Hi girls’ team in the state semi-final game tonight 55-31. Man-Val led the entire way tonight, steadily building their lead each quarter. They led 13-8 after the 1st, 25-15 at halftime, 38-20 after the 3rd before they ultimately would win 55-31. A dominant 2nd half saw them outscoring Wi-Hi 30-16, powering them to the 2A state championship game where they will face the winner of Williamsport and Glenelg.
