SALISBURY, Md. -- Se'Lah Foreman needed seven points on Tuesday night to reach 2,000 in her career. She accomplished that as the first half ended. In the second half, Foreman fought through calf cramps to help Wicomico beat Queen Anne's County 50-41 and advance to the regional finals.

Foreman finished the night with a game-high 13 points. She scored the go-ahead basket with under four minutes left in the game.
