CENTREVILLE Md.- Annapolis defeated Queen Anne’s County 39-0 in each team's opening game of the 2026 football season on Friday night. 

The Panthers defense forced two safeties including one on the first drive of the game setting the tone for the rest of the evening. Zhy'Marian Allen rushed for two touchdowns in the first half. Keiland Williams tossed two touchdown passes in the second quarter and the Panthers had a 32-0 lead at the half. The Panthers added another touchdown in the third and cruised to the opening night win. The Lions look to bounce back on the road at North Caroline.
