Salisbury Md. –  James M. Bennett has turned to a familiar face to lead its football program, as Dustin Mills returns as the Clippers’ head coach. Mills previously led the team during the 2021 season before stepping down, and his history with the program runs even deeper. Prior to his first stint as head coach, he served as Bennett’s offensive coordinator. In total, Mills brings 17 years of coaching experience back to the sidelines.

Beyond coaching, Mills has remained closely connected to the local football community, recently serving as a guest analyst on fall broadcasts for the Delmarva Sports Network. His return provides both familiarity and stability for the Clippers as they prepare for the upcoming season, once again placing the program in the hands of a coach who knows the team and the community well.
