SALISBURY, Md. – With the playoffs around the corner, James M. Bennett welcomed the Pocomoke Warriors for one of its final two home games of the regular season. The Clippers, sitting below .500 at 5-8, needed a win to build momentum. They delivered that and more, showing far more poise on the court than anyone expected.

JMB would dominate the first set 25-7, finding much of its success through middle blocker Olivia Waters. In the second set, Pocomoke came out firing and led for the majority of the frame before JMB took it 25-22. In the final set, JMB led by as many as seven, but Pocomoke refused to go away. The Clippers halted the comeback and closed out set three, 25-22.
