RIDGLEY Md.- Easton Girls Soccer defeated North Caroline 2-0 on Thursday night.

In the first half both teams had many chances to score and you could say that the Bulldogs had the better of those chances. Many times in the first half the Bulldogs had a run on goal and most the those times the ball was snagged by Easton keeper Cylan Adelman. Adelman kept her team in the game in the first half and it paid off in the final seconds of the opening 40 minutes when Sariah Hamsher got the ball in the box and blasted it into the net. Easton led 1-0 at the half. The Warriors came out string in the second half and it was emphasized with a goal by Addison Schindler that floated over the keepers head and into the back of the net. Easton went on to win the game 2-0 and improved to 1-1 on the season. Easton takes on WIHI on Sept. 15 while North Caroline take on Stephen Deactur also on Sept. 15.
