BALTIMORE, M.D. -- A year ago, Sterling Perkins was a hero. He dropped in an and one in the final moments of the 1A state championship game to defeat The Seed School at College Park. This year, in a new venue, the Vikings were hoping they wouldn't need heroics. They were hoping to dominate. Instead, the Vikings struggled.

In the first half, despite shooting less then fourty percent from the floor, and making zero threes, the Vikings only trailed by one. But, in the second half, The Seed School came out firing. About midway through the third quarter, the Sabres went on a 10-0 run to go up by thirteen points and never looked back.
