CENTREVILLE, Md. — In a thrilling matchup during summer league basketball action in Centreville, Team Talbot mounted a dramatic second-half comeback to defeat Team Gold, 35-24. Team Gold came out firing early, led by strong offensive efforts from Rob Mangold, Michael Glover and Braydan Lindsey. Glover's tough jumper and Lindsey’s deep three helped Gold take a 15-10 lead into halftime.

Talbot, wearing black, flipped the momentum in the second half. Mir Rhodes ignited the comeback with a clutch three-pointer, followed by key plays from Zay, who scored consecutive putbacks—including an and-one—that gave Talbot the lead with under three minutes to play. Preston Lewis sealed the win with a strong finish at the rim as Talbot outscored Team Gold 25-9 in the second half to complete the 10-point comeback.
