SALISBURY, MD -- The Wicomico Girls' Basketball team finished off an impressive regular season with a tough 41-33 victory at James M. Bennett tonight.

Both teams struggled to get much going offensively, as the Tribe edged out the Clippers in the first half with a 21-16 lead. The second half was a back-and-forth affair as Wicomico kept their lead within six-to-ten points as both teams traded buckets.

For the Tribe, their scoring output came from guard Se'Lah Foreman and center Carmen Cordell, as they finished with 15 and eight points, respectively.

Wicomico now ends their 2022-23 regular season at 17-3, and now look ahead to the Bayside Conference Championship next Tuesday at 6:00 PM at the Wicomico Civic Center. For the Clippers, they end their season campaign at 7-12.
