Highlights: Newark Charter defeats Caravel 3-1 in Boys Soccer

NEWARK, Del. -- Newark Charter hosted Caravel for a night of soccer under the lights. 

Newark Charter offense ran the game, putting on points early in the 1st half. Ian Chadick, Victor Carreon and Johnathan Jimenez-Garcia all scored goals back to back putting them up 3-0. After the goals, it was a defensive game, both goalies fighting to protect their nets. Late in the 2nd half, Caravel was finally able to get a goal, courtesy of Michael McCool, making the score 3-1. It wasn't enough as the clock ran out before another point could be put on the board. The final score was 3-1, Newark Charter Patriots on top.
