Lake Forest Spartans

The Spartans finished at an even 6-6 last season and were knocked out in the state quarterfinals against the eventual state champions in Delmar. It marked the first time in three seasons Lake Forest did not reach the semifinals in the tournament.

The Spartans will have six of their starters returning this season including their top scorer and goalie, which head coach Michele Tucker says it can be very important in terms of leadership.
