Dover, D.E. — Delaware State Football Head Coach DeSean Jackson has had a historic first season at the helm. After Saturday's 26-13 victory over Howard, DSU is set to host the MEAC Championship against South Carolina State.

The Hornets improved to 8-3 overall and 4-0 in conference play. Del State hasn't won the MEAC Title since 2007. And hadn't had a winning season before this fall in 13 years. Delaware State and South Caroline State do battle from Dover on Saturday the 22nd at 1:00.
